Joe was raised in the Lewis-Clark Valley where he attended grade school, junior high, and graduated from Lewiston High School.  After graduation, Joe furthered his education at Lewis Clark State College, in Lewiston. 

In 2003, Joe received his Associate Broker License, and opened Quad Cities Realty as the broker/owner in February of 2004. He is currently on the Real Estate Professional Standards Board.

Joe married Michele Zink on September 15, 2001, and they had their first child, Sydney Marie Arellano, on January 17, 2005.  Joe enjoys rivers, mountains, hunting, fishing, softball, volleyball, darts, golf, and anything involving the outdoors.  You can often find him and his family at Elk City enjoying what nature has to offer.  Joe is a driven and enthusiastic individual, who has a great outlook on life.
