| Joe is fantastic because he takes his job seriously. If you call him, text him etc, he gets back to you more quickly than anyone I've dealt with in real estate before. He's almost always smiling, courteous & easy to talk to. When I was looking for a home it was clear his main priority wasn't to sell houses but rather help you find the house that's right for you. You won't feel pressured or like you're getting a bad deal with Joe. When we closed on my house, some problems came up with the Seller and Joe fixed it right away. Just because the deal is over doesn't mean he won't still try to make things completely right. Long story short, Joe is fantastic. Would recommend him to anyone. |

| Joe and Gail are an AMAZING team. Very professional, yet personal. They were able to work around my hectic schedule, and took care of ALL they could for me. I was amazed by all they did...they were always one step ahead, and knew what I needed before I did. Lol...but seriously, they're that good. I will never forget them, and still keep in touch. You couldn't find a better team...if one was busy (since this market is INSAIN right now) the other was right there to do whatever I needed. I can't say enough about them. Plus, Gail had the best advice ever....she helped me save THOUSANDS by taking her advice...I won't say what it is though...you'll have to talk with them you're self...if you've read this far into my post..it's time to call them up and get together. | Joe took the time to understand what was important to my wife and I. He listed our home and had it under contract within 11 days of hitting the MLS. He took the time to stage our home, come help us fix the dishwasher (post inspection) and overall go above and beyond to ensure the transaction closed on time. Which it did. When finding our next home he took the time to understand our needs and then delivered results that matched our desires. We didn't have to spend much time looking at various properties in random neighborhoods due to the fact that he knows South King County like the back of his hand. He helped us get into our first lake home and for that we are thankful. He negotiated and got us under contract within 24 hours of expressing. Without his expertise and deep roots in the community we would have never gotten into the home. He had a relationship with the seller and was able to get us into the home prior to it being listed on the MLS. This meant less competition and less stress overall. I recommend Joe for your listing and buying needs. He is a true real estate professional and more importantly a good person. He would also share with me the thoughts from any of the potential buyers rather than making me think there was hope in selling the house when the buyer wasn't interested. He was also able to think out of the box to come up with different ideas on how to mitigate the challenges I had with my house. Integrity, honestly and hard working is how I would describe Joe. |

| My wife and I had a great experience with Joe from the outset. We had an idea of what we were looking for and he was able to put together a list of homes in short order which we were able to settle on quickly. Our initial offer was accepted and we closed in a very short amount of time. There were a few administrative items we had to provide but Joe walked us through and we were able to provide quickly without any interruption to our closing date. | I have now worked with Joe in two transactions. The first, Joe helped me sell my condo quicker than I have imagined possible. One year later, Joe helped me purchase my new place. The wonderful thing about Joe is that he is very honest. When I was looking for my current residence, Joe told me up front that some of the areas I wanted to look at were a little questionable and since we have worked together previously, he already knew enough about me to know what I would be comfortable with. | If you've ever purchased a home before in an unfamiliar area before, you know purchasing a home isn't just about the house itself but the element of neighborhood and surroundings is a major factor in the decision making process. After being referred to other agents who showed me houses but left me to research or guess about the rest, I felt very fortunate to find Joe and greatly appreciated his expansive knowledge of the Seattle metro area. | Joe Perkins is an experienced, knowledgeable, and very personable Real Estate professional! I've know Joe for about 14 years now. Last year my grandfather passed away and my grandmother had to be moved to a retirement community. The home they lived in for 50+ years had to be sold. I personally had worked for a real estate social media company and had access to the ocean of agent's out there. Many said they could give me the best deal or get my grandparent's home sold quickly, etc., etc. But none of them understood that it wasn't about that. I grew up in this home. He was very patient with MANY questions and requests to see the same house over and over and over again. He was very knowledgeable of the area and of the houses that fit into my requirements.
