My name is Joe Black and I am a Realtor/Broker Associate with Brokers Guild Cherry Creek Ltd. I work out of the west office located on Wadsworth near Hampden in Lakewood. I am fouth generation native of Coloradn and was born and raised in the west metro area.

My background is in emergency and pre-hospital medicine. I am also still currently a Colorado certified paramedic and have been since 2008 (an EMT since 2006). I know how to help police officers, paramedics, fire fighters, nurses, doctors and others in the public safety and medical areas buy and sell homes.
