Born and raised in Prescott AZ this is my hometown and I love showing it off to those who are new to our area. I've seen a lot of changes over the years, but the one thing that stays the same is the small town atmosphere and friendly people.
As a Realtor® I have been blessed to meet and work with many people who share my love for animals and the desire to make their lives better. To achieve my goal of helping animals I make a donation to the Miki Society for Companion Animal Research at Colorado State University with every closed transaction.
With a degree in Equine Science and my background in horse training I have focused my business to assist those with horse property needs. My background gives me the insight to assist all horse owners with their unique real estate goals. From the needs of 4-H families, to rodeo and horse show competitors, to trail riding enthusiasts.
I have also worked with many clients that do not have horses but enjoy the rural lifestyle and desire homes and land with "elbow room". There are special concerns when buying or selling homes and land in rural areas. Items such as surveys, domestic wells, septic systems and deed restrictions. Whether or not you have horses these issues can affect your real estate goals.
I am happy to assist both buyers and sellers in the Quad-City areas: Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey-Humboldt, Chino Valley and Williamson Valley.
