| I was recommended by a friend who had Jodi sell her house on my street, so when I decided to sell my house, Jodi was on my potential agent list. At our first meet, Jodi showed me thorough market analysis and gave me reasonable price range of my house based on her research, showing her familiarity with our neighborhood and making me believe she is the agent I'm looking for. Before my house going on market, Jodi worked with another lady to help me staging the house, and it was very successful and my house was under contract within one week on the market! In the following months before closing, Jodi was involved in all aspect of a house sale, from preparing for house CCO to recommending contractor/handy man to do small cleanups and repairs; she helped me to coordinate with buyers on inspection, and most important, she helped fending my position from buyer's all kinds of requests. | Jodi was great fromn start to finish. She works hard to cover all of the details, and is focused on closing the deal. She hired a stager at her expense to prepare our home for sale. She then hired a photographer who took beautiful high res pictures and made a spectacular drone video of our home and property - at her expense. She invests into the home and becomes a true partner in the sale. The result was over 40 people at our open house and a quick sale. She then provided all of the necessary support after the sale with home inspections, the township, permitting, and the closing. She ALWAYS picked up the phone when we called. | My wife and decided to put our house on the market. We began the interview process to find a real-estate broker. We met with several brokers and once we met Jodi Goldberg we both agreed that she was the one for us. Jodi came well prepared to our meeting with a great presentation and a wealth of knowledge in regard to real-estate. In addition she researched the market and brought us all the comps similar to our home in the surrounding areas. Once we came to an agreement Jodi worked with us in preparing our home for sale. Jodi coordinated a planner to make recommendations of what we can do to make our home market ready. After that it was time the show the house, Jodi was very helpful in scheduling appointments that did not interrupt our day-to-day activities. We had several offers and finally a commitment; unfortunately several weeks into the planning our buyer was denied a mortgage. Jodi advised us, but then went the extra mile to find another bank that would work with the buyer in getting a mortgage. We were very pleased with how Jodi did everything in her power to make this deal happen, in fact she also help us purchase another home. | My wife and I contacted Jodi after we reviewed the various websites of brokers who were operating in our area. It may have been a gut feeling but we felt that she would do a good job for us. She ultimately represented us in the sale of our home. We put a great deal of effort and expense into making our home a palace and it was our feeling that our home demanded a higher price than what the comps showed. | Our experience dealing with Jodi was great. My situation was very different than most others as it was a "short sale". We went to contract in mid-April and just closed the end of December. Wells Fargo held the short sale and they were an absolute horror to deal with. From day 1, Jodi stayed on top of everything by TAKING THE LEAD and remained persistent day after day, week after week, and month after month. She did the job of 3 people (as others involved in the process weren't very helpful). All throughout the process, Jodi kept us optimistic by telling us she was doing all she could to get us that house! Fast forward 8 months, we were supposed to close on a Friday, we had a C&O on Monday only to find out the homeowners never had permits for a circular driveway and lighting (which we were told by the sellers realtor that they had). Instead of panicking, Jodi came forward with a solution (by using her database of contacts) and spent all day with me at City Hall until we obtained our permits 24 hours later (typically takes 3 weeks). Overall, Jodi (and Jodi alone) is the only reason why we were able to close on our dream home! Her business card states "experience the difference", I know I have! |
