For nearly 30 years Jocelyn Schaedler has been assisting clients with their real estate transactions throughout Orange County, providing expertise in the local communities of Anaheim Hills, Anaheim, Orange, Tustin, and West Corona Hills. With an emphasis on relationships and open communication, she is able to draw on her industry experience and skills to solve problems which may arise during a transaction. 

With three decades experience as a full-time real estate professional, and a real estate business owner for the last three years, Jocelyn has assisted many clients including first-time buyers, investors, distressed property owners and homeowners desiring to move up or down to sell their property. She works hard to stay abreast of market trends and changes in rulings and regulations relevant to today's complex real estate climate. The personal satisfaction of providing options and solutions to distressed homeowners and traditional buyers and sellers alike motivates her in her work. 

Originally from the Philippines and fluent in Tagalog, Jocelyn’s family migrated to Southern California when she was 12. She received her Bachelor's Degree from California State University, Long Beach in Accounting.  Her knowledge and years of experience in dealing with the diverse facets of residential and commercial real estate have honed her skills to make her more creative and solution-oriented. This has allowed Jocelyn to create a large referral base and endorsements via repeat business. 

She recently chose to leave her own company to join Seven Gables Real Estate. Seven Gables has conducted business in central Orange County for the past 37 years. When she’s not working, Jocelyn enjoys music and traveling with her husband Jim. In the winter, you can find them in the mountains skiing, or cheering for their favorite NFL team. With three grown children, Jocelyn and Jim spend time with their seven grandchildren and their two Miniature Schnauzers and a toy Chihuahua.
