Thank you so much for taking a moment to learn more about me and my real estate expertise. I have bought, sold, leased and refinanced homes for over 14 years. I have helped many home buyers purchase their first home. I have listed & sold short sale properties; often recommend foreclosures and specialize in estate and acreage properties. As a lifetime learner with a penchant for real estate I successfully completed real estate courses in Business Law, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Economics, Real Estate Ethics, Fair Isaac Credit Scoring, New Homes From the Ground Up and Real Estate Legal Aspects in addition to the standard Real Estate Contracts & Regulations and Closings. I am currently completing my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. I am grateful for the opportunity to live in such a beautiful town and I realize the importance of giving back to my community. I support the Douglas County Task Force, Women’s Crisis Center, breast cancer research and Project Angel Tree. I am on the Board of the Prestige Miracles Foundation for Children, Co-Chair of the Bell Mountain Ranch Activities Committee. I have served my local community by helping plan events such as Oktoberfest & Monte Carlo Night which benefited South Elementary School & the Douglas County Task Force. When I am not working, I like to have fun! I enjoy reading, fine dining, hiking, biking, 4X4-ing, snowshoeing, horseback riding, and walking my “little” Husky, Kona.
I specialize in Douglas County and Denver Metro including Castle Rock, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Larkspur, Parker, Littleton, Bell Mountain Ranch and Keene Ranch.
I offer my clients Competence, Integrity, Professionalism, Personal Service and Local Area Knowledge. If you value these attributes in a real estate broker, I would love to speak with you.
