Jon Niemeyer is a professional full time licensed Real Estate Broker and the Owner/Broker of EXIT Realty North Star in Norwalk, IA. Jon believes in continuing education to stay current with changes in the real estate industry. He has regularly participated in approximately 50 to 70 hours of classroom each year, earning designations such as CRS (Council of Residential Specialists), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS), Certified E-Marketing Specialist, Cendant Mobility Marketing Specialist and Cendant Mobility Inventory Specialist.

He is active in the community serving Boy Scouts and recipient of the Wood Badge, Past President of the Norwalk Area Chamber of Commerce, Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Norwalk, Member of the Warren County Board of Review, Warren County Economic Development Corporation's Education Foundation Board and numerous other committees and boards.

He and his wife, Kristy make their home on an acreage south of Norwalk where they are busy raising their three children, ages 14 through 17. They are active members of their church, First Assembly of God in Indianola. They have many interests including canoeing the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness of Minnesota and Quetico Provincial Park of Canada, annual summer vacations to Eleventh Crow Wing Lake in northern Minnesota for water skiing and fishing, annual winter ski trips to Copper Mountain Colorado and many local outdoor activities.

He likes to stay on the cutting edge of technology and enjoys teaching what he has learned to others.
