As an Agent and avid real estate investor in the Phoenix area, I've learned to adapt to a rapidly changing market. listing and selling REO properties, short sales and performing hundreds of valuations a year has kept me on top of our property values. I believe, that the Phoenix area is hands down, the greatest place in the country not only to live, but also to invest in real estate!
