Get to Know Jack Meaney
I have been a full time real estate appraiser since 1986. I worked in 4 counties with primary counties being Westchester and Putnam Counties. I have lived in Pawling, NY in Dutchess County for the past 17 years. I worked with all the major local banks, mortgage companies and local attorneys. I have a strong knowledge of the Hudson Valley Real Estate market. The past 3 years, I was a senior review appraiser for one of the largest Subprime Lenders in the country. This career helped me to expand my knowledge of the real estate market on a national level. I am available for all residential appraisal work for finance, review and tax grievance and foreclosure purposes. I am fully insured and licensed.

I am available for expert testimony in all residential real estate matters. I have a very strong real estate review background with contacts nationwide for pre and post closing purposes. I have helped a large number of homeowners in the Hudson Valley grieve there assessements over the past 10 years. I can help homeowners with the removal of PMI insurance.
I look a property from all angles and take into consideration, market conditions, property condition, functional, physical and external influences and factor this into my reports.
