Janine has been in Real Estate almost all of her life. Her mother was/is a real estate investor and Janine started helping with these investments at approx. 15 years of age. Janine moved to the Houston Area on a request for her to manage 100+ rental properties for several investors. After 1 year of doing so, Janine obtained her real estate license so she could help purchase and sell properties. Janine quickly grew as one of the leading independent agents in the Houston TX area. Since working with investors and purchasing pre-foreclosures and foreclosures became a way of life, Janine easily stepped into the REO Lisiting Market. Working hard and learning the ropes, Janine has continued to strive and become one of the Top 100 Selling Realtors in the Houston Area. Becoming a Broker last year and opening up her own company was just another step to her success.
