When I moved here from Atlanta, GA in 1991, I thought Charlotte was behind the times.  It was a large city but had very little to offer in the way of dining, shopping and entertainment.  Wow, what a difference several years can make!  First we started opening great restaurants, cool shopping centers such as Phillips Place, Birkdale Village, Concord Mills and many, many more.  Then we got a NFL team, the Carolina Panthers and our NBA team, the Charlotte Bobcats! 

The business community and our local politicians made a major push to make the Downtown (Uptown) Charlotte area a "Destination" for Entertainment, Travel and Tourism.  We have many fine restaurants, the Epicenter opened with a movie theater, bowling alley and tons of dining and entertainment venues and high-rise condos were moving people to live and work in "Uptown Charlotte"!  Meanwhile Charlotte continued to grow and boom in most of the areas south and north.  Ballantyne was created and it is almost like another city - a lifestyle unlike any other!

Because of my early training in Customer Service where I was promoted through the ranks to Regional Customer Service Manager, my primary goal is to provide exceptional service!  I have my ABR designation (Accredited Buyers' Agent) and one class away from my CRS ( Council of Residential Specialists).  Continuing Education is very important to me because I want to be up-to-date on the latest knowledge and tools to help my client through their home-buying or selling process.
