I am a REALTOR® specializing in REO properties in the San Fernando Valley and City of Los Angeles. Since the mid 1990's, I have serviced hundreds of properties throughout California and the U.S. for Countrywide, Washington Mutual, Option One, Aurora, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, Aames Financial, People's Choice and other national lenders.
As a Senior Asset Manager for Great Western Bank, Countrywide and REO Department Manager for Aames Financial Corporation, I understand REO servicing requirements. As a local real estate appraiser, I've valued hundreds of homes in Los Angeles, Ventura, and Riverside and Orange County.

It is located in the southwestern area of the San Fernando Valley, northeast of Calabasas and west of Tarzana. To the north Woodland Hills is bordered by West Hills, Canoga Park, and Winnetka. Running east-west through the community is U.S. Route 101 (Ventura Freeway) and Ventura Boulevard, which starts in Woodland Hills and intersects Valley Circle Boulevard.
