Goal
I am committed to working with my clients as a trusted advisor and ally in helping them to achieve the highest sales price, the highest net price, the best terms and the least amount of hassle in the sale of their residential real estate investment. I am further committed to being easily accessible by phone, e-mail and fax and to working diligently as a legal fiduciary in representing them and their interests.
John has been selling homes in Santa Clara county for 17 years. This includes selling homes in both good markets and bad markets. Johnhas represented home sellers who are upside down in their homes, worked on lease options, done seller carry-back transactions as well as represented banks in selling their REO properties. The greatest satisfaction comes from helping new hoomebuyers get into their first home while negotiating the best deal for the buyer and getting them into a great neighborhood. John also works with lenders to get the best loan rates as well as getting no closing costs by working with Realtor rebates from the commission. On the seller's side John works to get the highest price and best terms for a seller while improving the seller's net profit by working with steeply discounted commissions. John's knowledge of the Santa Clara county real estate market extends into Santa Cruz County, Alameda County, and San Benito County. Santa Clara County area of expertise include the cities of San Jose, Santa Clara, Cupertino, Saratoga, Monte Sereno, Los Gatos, Los Gatos Mountains, Redwood Estates, Aldercroft Heights, Los Altos, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Milpitas, Morgan Hill, Gilroy and San Martin. San Jose, California also includes the districts of Almaden Valley, Blossom Valley, Blossom Hill, Santa Teresa (Santa Theresa), Cambrian Park, Willow Glen, West San Jose, North San Jose, Berryessa, East San Jose, Alum Rock, South San Jose, Downtown San Jose, Japantown, and the soon to be named Little Saigon. In Santa Cruz John has good knowledge in Zayante, Lompico, Ben Lomond, Boulder Creek, Scotts Valley, Santa Cruz, Capitola, Freedom, and the Santa Cruz Mountains. In Alameda County John has good knowledge in Fremont, Newark, Union City, Oakland, and Alameda. John has also sold homes in the San Benito county town of Hollister.
