I am a Legal assistant with 29+ years experience and a Certified Legal Assistant for 17 years. I have been a Notary Public since 1976, and have notarized tens of thousands of documents. I enjoy visiting with the borrowers at the signing, I'm always on time, and I only have to go once to get everything signed off as it should be signed. Edocs are welcome. Refi w/edocs in Wichita Falls is $125.00. Travel outside of Wichita Falls is extra and will be quoted when you call. HELOCS and cashouts w/edocs $175.00 with office fee included. Borrowers will receive an executed copy of their docs at closing.
