| First of all, Jim took time to meet with us at our house. This was so great because we didn't have to look for childcare or take our kids into the office. Both Jim & Cherie returned calls and emails right away and kept us encouraged throughout the process. They kept saying, "oh, I'll take care of that for you." And they did!
