How many years of experience do you have ?I have more than 30 years of experience in selling homes and businesses for families and individuals throughout New Hampshire primarily in the Lakes Region. I have been qualified as a real estate expert by state and Federal courts in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Vermont. I also provide professional real estate consulting services for numerous corporate clients, attorneys and individuals.
What professionnal affiliations do you have ?I am a member of the Lakes Region Board of Realtors, New Hampshire Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and have held their Certified Residential Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation. I also attained numerous specialty designations from one of the national franchise brokerage companies. Additionally I have held numerous positions as a director and officer in the state and local associations of Realtors.
Do you have experience in other areas related to real estate?I have 20 years experience as a member and chair of my local planning and zoning boards. These positions required me to keep up-to-date on state and local laws and national trends as they relate to planning and zoning.
I'm fortunate to live and work in an area with an abundance of lakes, surrounded by mountains. I sell properties on and around all the major lakes in Central New Hampshire, Winnipesaukee, Squam, Waukewan, Winnisquam and numerous smaller lakes. Familiar with New Hampshire's Comprehensive Shoreland Protection Act and able to direct people to the answers they need when considering any modifications to a waterfront property.
I also have a strong background in the marketing of area commercial properties, from office complexes to motels, restaurants, mom & pop businesses and development parcels. This combined with an ability to work with local authorities to get a task completed have made me the person to go to for business sales and development needs.
