In this buyer's market, I have been a buyer magnet. The vast majority of my business over the past three years has been representing homebuyers, and more specifically, a new generation of first time homebuyers taking advantage of depressed market values, investing wisely and enjoying the security and benefits of home equity, or building wealth buying income property.

I have been blessed to represent some very smart buyers, who read, research and react. They educate themselves on economic/financial news and recent history, and refuse to make the same mistakes as several million trusting Americans led into the dark by rampant greed.

As a result of the Housing MESS, it seems like on any given day half of the available listings are either bank-owned foreclosures or short sales, requiring lender approval of the sale price. These listings, normally sold well under market value, represent significant opportunity for homebuyers and investors. Every distressed property sold is one less distressed property, and that is the direct road to recovery. (Not to mention all the other perks of homebuying: tax benefits, instant equity, security, and a unique sense of pride and accomplishment.)

I do work with a lot of buyers. However, I am experienced on both sides of short sale and foreclosure transactions.
