As a realtor for over 25 years I have an extensive background in real estate and finance. Originally from Bergen County, NJ, I come with extensive experience in several states.  I lived in Atlanta, Georgia for 17 years where I was originally licensed in 1994.  I received my Broker's license in 2005 and was an owner/broker for 4 years. 

I  work short sales successfully closing every single one since 2003.  I close most of my short sales in 90 days or less.  I am passionate about real estate.  I love land, houses, the transaction and more importantly the smile on peoples faces when the transaction is complete and smooth.
