Renovation financing is a great way for a home buyer to purchase a property that has great bones, but needs repairs or updating.   Does the kitchen need updating? Is the septic functional? Are new windows and a roof in order? Repairs such as these can conceivably be built into the loan as part of the total acquistion cost of the home. 

Reverse mortgages have been around for quite some time and are becoming more and more a topic of conversation as our population ages. A reverse can be a great means for help a senior live out their days in their home. Proceeds from a reverse can be used to retire a current mortgage, pay for home improvement, supply funds for home health care or even supply a supplement to income for day to day living. The reverse mortgage program is available to seniors, 62 and older.

VA financing will allow veterans, with full entitlement certificates, to purchase a new home with no down payment. With interest rates at historic lows and home prices settled down to 2002 levels, there are great opportunities for Veterans to purchase a home. I have VA jumbo product aw well!
