The typical homeowner may buy and sell only 3-4 homes during their lives and over an extended period of time between each transaction. This means that many of the changes that occur in the markets and in the transactions go un-noticed by the typical buyer or seller. It is my job to make sure that my buyers and sellers have the right information to make educated and informed decisions regarding their real estate transactions.
I believe in giving back to my community and I am active in Freemasonry and volunteer with Suncoast Hospice. My neighborhood and local community are very important to me. I serve as a Board Member on the Broadwater Civic Association Board and I have an opportunity to represent my neighborhood in front of City Council and the community at large on important issues affecting our area.
I enjoy my job and I always do my best to provide my customers with excellent service and responsible advice.
