Education is the cornerstone of my business practices, not only for myself but for my clients as well. I want to make sure you are informed and that you have confidence in your transaction. I also want you to have faith in me to know that I have educated myself enough to answer all your questions and to find the answers as quickly as possible if I do not have the answers readily available.
In addition to representing buyers and sellers in Real Estate transactions, I am also in the process of earning my Broker License and opening a Property Management Company to serve those who are not ready to buy or sell. The primary purpose of my Property Management Company is to offer relief for victims of foreclosure and a solution for those in danger of foreclosure. By placing displaced home owners in unoccupied homes I am insuring they continue to live in a quality environment and recover from the devastation of losing their own home. By finding tenants for homes whose owners may have recently faced income reductions or workplace transitions which left them in a less stable financial situation, I can help ease the home owner's financial stress with rental income.

I am familiar with several aspects of Real Estate. Living in a highly diverse area such as Northern California gives me first hand experience with most classes of real property. I have experience in everything from remote timber property to residential property to agricultural, commercial, and industrial properties.
