When I was 10 years old and was self proclaimed Jeremy Jordan, I ‘had’ to have a basketball court in our front yard. My parents said “Great, go earn the money to build one.” We had one acre of ti-leaves on our property, I picked them 10 cents at a time and earned $5,000 that summer to build my basketball court. I learned a serious work ethic at a very young age.
Representation, full price cash offer, escrow, Sold! were some of my very first words as a 2 year old. Not really, but "kika" was and as a native Maui born son, passion and real estate run thick in my blood. I am proud to say that I am 3rd generation REALTOR.
I have run an island wide real estate team, successfully helped 55 families in the last two years with their real estate needs and dreams for a total sales volume of $50M. I feel privileged to have a career where through my own positivity and commitment, I help my clients achieve some of the greatest goals in their respective lives. I grateful that am the youngest Realtor to be selected as one of the Top 100 Realtors in the state of Hawaii (out of roughly 10,000) for both 2014 and '15.
In addition to my sales career, I am also the Head of Accounts for Maui Resort Realty's property management division, Maui Reality. We are located right accross the street from the Honua Kai Resort and Spa in Ka'anapali, Maui. Our company provides Optimized Asset Preservation for over 50 properties at Honua Kai and sorrounding Ka'anapali Resorts. We have some of the very strongest rental figures of any company in the business, an energetic and innovative team, in-house cleaning and engineering, incredible software/systems, and all the requisite infastructure.
Answering my cell phone, returning voicemails, and responding to email in a timely fashion are paramount to my practice. I stand for my family, friends, and loved ones, professional and community service, determination, authenticity, and for the preservation of our island home, Maui.
I have been a licensed Broker for almost 9 years, honing my skill set during some of the most challenging times ever seen. I offer my buyer and seller clients extensive home gown local knowledge, feverous passion, and uncompromising loyalty built on trust and integrity.
My dad Tracy Stice and I have worked together for all my life, I literally have photos of me in diapers shoveling sawdust with a plastic shovel and wheelbarrow on my dad's Koa farm in the early 80s. I am honored to have a wonderful family who has engrained a sense of hard work and dedication to help shape me as I am today.
I am proud alumnus of Seabury Hall, graduating with high honors in 2001. I attended Babson College in Wellesley Mass. where I studied marketing and entrepreneurship in one of the country's most esteemed business schools. In addition to my regular ongoing continued education, I have earned the following accredited designations from the National Association of Realtors-Sellers Representative Specialist, E-pro, Resort Property Specialist, and Accredited Buyers Representative.

| A huge thank you Jeremy Stice for the wonderful job you and your team did in handling the sale of our Polynesian Shores condo on the West Side of Maui with giant permit issues plaguing the entire complex. We feel so fortunate to have been watching Hawai‘i Life on TV and thinking this is the type of real estate operation we need to sell our condo that was in the midst of a condo association meltdown with multiple issues that would make our condo hard to sell. We did our internet research and found Jeremy Stice with Hawai‘i Life to be the man for this difficult mission. Not only did this listing not scare Jeremy but he was completely confident that he could sell it and also get us a fair price and that he did with flying colors within a few weeks. Nothing scares this guy, he is young and full of energy with many contacts on Maui and on the mainland to put together any type of deal no matter what is standing in his way. With such great results in selling our Polynesian Shores Condo we knew we had the right guy to sell our Honui Kai condo even in a pretty slow market. Not only did Jeremy sell our condo but he sold it for top dollar and somehow took a very complex 1031 buyer involving multiple properties and all the inherit issues and got it closed in a timely manner. I have sold many properties in my home state of California along with the two Maui properties and I can honestly say Jeremy is the best realtor I have ever been associated with!! | After 20 years in my four bedroom/four bath home it was time to downsize. My children were young adults and I definitely felt the effects of the empty nest. Once the decision was made, I contacted Jeremy Stice based on our personal relationship and his professional reputation. I had known Jeremy since he was in 9th grade at Seabury Hall and watched him develop into a fine young man academically, athletically, and socially. Jeremy certainly did not disappoint. He not only handled the sale of my home but found the perfect new residence for me! He worked tirelessly and relentlessly at both ends of the transaction. He masterfully coordinated the sale and purchase so that I was able to make one smooth move. I cannot express enough superlatives to describe Jeremy throughout the process. He availed himself day and night. Before listing my home, Jeremy conducted a thoroughly market research of the area homes in order to establish a fair listing price. He also surveyed the home and pointed out areas of in need of attention. He even provided contacts of professionals who could help with repairs and touch ups. There were a few false starts where potential buyers fell through. Jeremy was steadfast in his commitment to get the house sold which helped me overcome the disappointment. Jeremy also searched endlessly for a new home for me. He listened carefully and knew exactly what I was looking for. He patiently showed me many potential homes. | Living in the San Francisco Bay Area is not bad at all, but after running a successful distribution company for more than 35 years, retirement planning started to come to mind, and after spending multiple vacations over the years on the Hawaiian islands, especially on Maui, it became clear that paradise was only a decision away. Meeting Jeremy for the first time, with 5 property showings scheduled, he won the biggest battle with his easy, no pressure, yet professional and at the same time very personal style. Right away, my wife and I felt very comfortable and had trust in him. The showings went well with us especially impressed with a property and a brand new house just waiting for the finishing touches built by Greg Brown Development. We went back for a second tour meeting up with Greg Brown himself to have a more in-depth look and discussion. The layout was well thought out, craftsmanship, materials, and appliances used are satisfying the highest expectations. We prepared that night an offer for the property and after some additional negotiations the following day, the deal was done with satisfied seller and buyer parties. We returned to the Mainland with Jeremy working his magic to get all the different professionals on the same page and to overcome eventual stumbling blocks. He referred us to a local lawyer for some additional peace of mind, which worked out well. We went back to Maui to take possession of the property on the day we targeted. Jeremy helped us to connect with professionals like Interior designer, landscaper, pool maintenance, security company, etc. An exceptional dinner on Jeremy's tab was a nice conclusion to a successful undertaking.
