I'm a full time real estate professional and have been now for 6 years I have successfully completed over 187 distressed property sales and over 382 BPO's. My work is accurate on time and always exceeds expectations. My open escrow to close ratio is currently 93% one of the highest in the business.  I believe this is due to my thoroughness in qualifying the buyer in both their finances and motivation. I am currently the president of our local board of realtors and at the age of 32 the youngest to have ever held that title. And I have served on numerous committees that have allowed me to be very well educated in the real estate business. I like to characterize myself has the hardest working Realtor in the business. My office hours are from  7:00a - 8:00p 7 days a week. I have a staff of 2 Listing coordinator and escrow coordinator.
