| My husband and I interviewed Jenny and knew right away that she was exactly what we were looking for. Organized and professional, Jenny came to the listing appointment prepared and left us with all our questions answered. She listed our home and it sold the first day on market for full asking price! Jenny knows the market and we are glad we took her advice. She even helped us find our new home. The loan process was easy since she recommended the mortgage company. We were approved for our loan quickly. We were pleased that Jenny was able to negotiate a price on the new home which saved us thousands of dollars, and even scheduled the closings the same week to make it a seamless move for us. | Jenny Kindsfather was an amazing realtor who went above and beyond for us! Thanks to her knowledge and expertise we were able to move quickly on our dream house and ended up getting it for an exceptional price. Also, while trying to sell our previous home, we hit some unforeseen obstacles which included issues with floodplains. Jenny worked endless hours to resolve these issues and we were able to close on the house without any further concerns.
