If I had to pick just one area of expertise that I have for potential buyers and sellers and agents that work for me, I would have to say education and communication. I know, that is two things and while this may seem odd, I believe that it is our job as agents to educate and communicate with our clients. They are entrusting to us the largest financial decision that they may ever make and we owe them the duty to educate and communicate with them throughout the entire process. Whether it be a first time home buyer or an experienced investor, if you as an agent are well educated yourself, you can offer the proper perspective for this very important purchase or sale.
Luckily, I do not have to pick just one or two areas of expertise. I have experience with buyers and sellers both first time and experienced. I have sold multi family properties and business opportunities. If I don't have the experience to offer the best advice or care to a client I will ask someone who does. I hire agents from all areas and with different backgrounds and my network of friends and associates allows me to make sure my company can offer exceptional service. Nobody can sell every home or property and our goals are all the same, get the best deal for our clients. We all have to work together to that end and can learn something from each transaction to help us be better for future transactions.
