I have invested in homes and apartments for 6 years, including homes in Sacramento, Santa Clara and Kings Counties, CA. This is very valuable in helping my client investors to evaluate the costs to manage and run multi-unit properties, especially in the critical first year. Of course, understanding the management costs is crucial in offering the right price so that the investor will make money on their investment. I also offer incisive tenant management operational advice from experience with hundreds of renters and many maintenance personnel and resident managers. This expertise informs my judgements and gives me the tools I need to negotiate good and often, great deals.
