He continued this legacy in college as the president of his fraternity. The experience and leadership qualities he learned from these positions, including persistence, have allowed him to become a successful person in his professional and personal life, as a cyclist and Triathlon participant. Jonathan the Cyclist, Swimmer and Runner To keep in shape and continue competing, Jonathan participates in major events such as the MS150 and the Easter Marathon annually. His persistent nature aids him in these endurance events and allows him to finish each time. For him, the best parts of participating in these events are finishing and knowing that you helped someone. Each year Jonathan tries to involve more of his friends as competitors and donors. Participating in these events has also taught him to be persistent and determined . The Family Man After going to college in Texas, Jonathan decided to settle in Sugarland because he wanted to raise his family in the area he grew up. Being a real estate agent is an ideal job for Jonathan because it allows him to combine his business skills with his knowledge of the area as well as spend time with his young children, Tyler and Taylor. The Goal achiever His advice to home buyers is to differentiate wants and needs when deciding where to move and what house to move into. Just like in marathons and triathlons, he will keep working until his goal is accomplished. So when a buyer has a goal, he will work on it with the same perseverance he uses in the MS150.
