I am a native of Charleston, and would love to tell about my city. I approach real estate buying from a more personal point of view. I feel I must get to know my clients in order to help them find the right home. The purchase of a new home is more of a "life style" choice than a real estate choice. So, if your are moving to Charleston or have a client who is let me show them what my city has to offer.
I work mostly with buyers, and enjoy "teaching" them real estate, most buyers or sellers need someone not just show them houses but explain the entire process. Sellers also need to know what is going on in the local market not just the evening news version of real estate. I strive to make sure my clients understand what is going on at every step of the process. I hold the Accredited Buyers Representative Designation (ABR) and I am a REALTOR, the training to obtain these, helps me to better serve my clients. Charleston is a small city and allows me to work from the beaches to the horse farms and all in between.
