I have been in new home sales for 4 years. Currently, I am working for Mungo Homes in the neighborhood Brookhaven in Northeast Columbia. Brookhaven is a beautiful neighborhood that starts at 1115 square feet to 3283 square feet. The pricing is from the low 100's to $230,000. There are many corner home sites and cul de sacs. Trees are surrounding the area, and sidewalks are throughout the neighborhood. We have trees in every yard and along the streets and matching mailboxes! The entrance to our neighborhood is grand with a pretty waterfall on the Brookhaven sign.
