Licensed as an Associate Broker by New York State, I am a member of the National Association of Realtors® and of the NY State Association of Realtors®. I am on the Board of Directors of the Putnam County Association of Realtors®, and its director of technology. As well, I am a member of the Westchester-Putnam Multiple Listing Service, Inc.®In order to provide better service to the needs of sellers I've been trained as an Accredited Staging Professional (ASPTM) by the IAHSP. For benefit of home buyers, I have also been educated as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) and was one of the first agents in the area to be trained to deal effectively with the internet-empowered consumer, as an e-PRO Realtor®.
