Thanks for taking the time to read my profile. A little about my background: I began my career in the financial services industry over 13 years ago. My experiences include banking, insurance, investments and mortgage banking. Prior to joining Xetus in January, 2008, I had worked at Pinnacle Financial Corporation as the Area Sales Manager for wholesale lending in Southern California and correspondent lending in the Western US. In addition my wife owns and operates a mortgage brokerage based in San Diego, CA with 5 agents. Her company has been utilizing XetusOne for over 2 years. Before relocating to Mountain View, CA in January, I was a Board Member for San Diego Community Housing Corporation (SDCHC), which operates over 1,000 units of affordable housing and represents nearly $62 million of neighborhood real estate investments. I also served the City of Lemon Grove as a Planning Commissioner. I am a DRE licensed salesperson.
I understand the mortgage industry from the position as a loan officer, owner of a small mortgage brokerage, wholesale AE, correspondent AE and as a Sales Manager for wholesale and correspondent lending.
