I opened EXIT Reatly Dubuque in August of 2014. I was born and raised in the Dubuque area. Real Estate has always been a passion of mine since becoming a Realtor in 2006. Service & client loyalty is the most important part of my business. I enjoy training agents to be the best that they can be.

Jason, As a first time homeowner, we didn't know much about the buying process. We read online reviews that Jason was very helpful with other first time homeowners and they were correct. Jason was extremely polite and understanding with us attempting to learn this new process. He walked us through every step and pointed out many things on homes during our walk-throughs that we wouldn't have normally noticed. Jason was very quick to respond to any phone calls or emails, even when out of the country. We were very happy with Jason and would use him for our next home without a doubt. I loved working with Jason Conrad and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. I think he's extremely professional, hard working, and has extensive knowledge about real estate. He was available day and night for questions or concerns and I knew I could call, text, or e-mail him and he'd get back to me within a short amount of time--and if he could not respond to me fully, he always let me know he'd received my contact and would be in touch when he could. My husband and I were first-time home buyers and I felt like Jason always had our back. He was extremely thorough when we'd look at houses together and helped to teach us the things we should be looking at when going through a home. He was very patient with us in our search and I felt like he worked very hard to make sure we found something we were happy with. He worked around our schedules to show us homes and was always honest with us when we had fears or doubts. I feel it was not only important to us to find a home we loved but also to Jason. He is a true professional. If and when the time comes for us to sell our home, I look forward to working with him again to list it!
