I am a Real Estate Entrepreneur.

My husband Andy and I own and operate The Apodaca Team, affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Success.  We have been top award winners for every real estate company that we have been associated with. I think that it is important to know that the people you are choosing to do business with, do it at a very high level, love what they do, and most importantly do business ethically and with integrity.

We are proud to say that have been married for over 20 years and have two beautiful daughters.   We love, love, love spending our free time outside in beautiful, sunny Colorado! 

Andy and I also enjoy spending time connecting with people over food.  Is there anything better than a BBQ next to a body of water?  A pool, a lake, a river and even an ocean while on vacation?  Laughing and sharing stories with others, that’s what life is about.

Andy and I were raised in Northern California. We moved to Littleton, Colorado in 1994 and started our career in real estate in 1995, though, I started my investment career in real estate a few years before that in 1990 when I bought a triplex in Sonoma, California with family.  I managed that property for 15 years.

We bought our first home in Colorado in 1994, which had to be completely gutted and remodeled. If you are thinking about living in your fixer upper while you remodel, talk to me first.

We bought our second home in 1995 and decided to keep the first one as a rental home.  And that, my friends, was the beginning of our investing career that has led us to personally owning 39 homes in two states.
