I dont have many formal awards because I have always been at my own company and not at a large brokerage. 

- PhD at School of Hard Knocks

-Built 2 companies, 1 from scratch 

-I self-funded my first company on my own, and co self-fund my second.  We always stive and remind ourselves to be scrappy, nimble and humble.

-My teams and I built proprietary transaction and investor process and systems from scratch

-Sold 1 division within company #1 for a profit

-Helped 100s of investors build long term Rental Property portfolios

-Monthly Co-Host on Real Estate Talk with Willie Lambright KLIF 570 AM and 1120 AM- Jan 2015 thru Jan 2017

-Have a database and vendor network of over 6,000 that we have built from almost 100% scratch

- I had hardly any training and learned by the sink or swim method and over a decade later I survived and am beginning to thrive. I am driven passionatly by training my agents, clients and team a much easier way than the journey I went thru. 

-Graduate of Texas Realtor Ledership Program Class VII in 2011 and City Allen/Fairview TX Leadership Program Class XXV in 2012

-Degree in Finance 2002 from Middle Tennessee State University

-Active in Competative & Show Theatre, Varsity Swim Team and 4 years of Spanish in HS

-Analytical, but personable

-Can create, read and explain a mean spreadsheet

-I have drive, stamina and a fail forward mind set

-I will always do the right thing PERIOD

-Know the real estate transaction and client experience like the back of my hand

-Understand process, systems, scalability and long term thinking

-If I dont think you need to buy or sell a house, I will do my best to talk you out of it and explain why

-I speak alot in analogies and help people take the complicated and make it simple in bite size pieces 

-It is always a goal for me to break down the problem and find solutions.  We work as a team on brainstorming thoughts and ideas thru to come up with viable and fair solutions
