I have more than 28 years of leadership, training, business and coaching experience. I hold a degree in education from the University of Georgia and served 8 years in the U.S. Army as an officer and Blackhawk helicopter pilot. I have provided business coaching and training to hundreds of top producing real estate agent, teams and brokers to establish and use effective business and real estate systems.
In August 2015, we launched our new real estate and business training/coaching company:
WBNL Coaching - providing one-on-one coaching and on-demand virtual coaching & training.
I joined Realty ONE Group in 2010 as a Corporate Broker in Las Vegas, NV. I also served as VP of Business Coaching developing the training and coaching programs in support of the 7,500+ agents. Realty ONE Group is one of the fastest growing companies in the country, ranked in the top 10 for closed transactions and sales volume.
From 1992 to 2009, I worked with Prudential Americana Group, Realtors in Las Vegasas a sales executive, broker-manager and from 2007-2009, as the General Manager responsible for recruiting, coaching and leadership training of the management team and 6 branch offices with nearly 1,200 sales executives. In 2008, the company ranked 8th in the network of over 650 brokerages.

Jan co-authored the Certified Foreclosure Alternatives Consultant (CFAC) Designation Course with her training partner Steven Kitnick. As of May 2009, they have certified more that 800 Nevada real estate professionals as CFACs and/or Certified Short-Sale Professionals (CSP).
Jan has been blogging and active on a variety of social networks since 2006. She provides training and social media marketing consulting to assist real estate professionals and small business owners with integrating social media into their business plan. She is a certified master practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy. She is also an approved instructor for the Nevada Real Estate Commission for a series of real estate training classes, real estate blogging, and broker management courses.

| Jan is an awesome coach – especially if you have or are looking to build a team! I have a team, but had no one to get advice from about where/how to grow it and deal with issues that come up. What to require, what to pay, what to include. Jan helped me figure all of that out. I had her coach not only myself, but my buyers agents and assistants. Then, after coaching them one on one a few times, she brought us back together as a team with goals to accomplish. She’s really helped me set my boundaries and learn how to talk to each one so that I can keep them on track while still inspiring and motivating myself and my team. Definitely worth the money!
