| I am writing this to express my sincere appreciation to Jan Farinato. Prior to January 2011, neither I nor my family had known Jan. We decided to look for a foreclosure in the West Palm Beach area. After speaking to several realtors in the area, Jan drastically stood out amongst the crowd both with her knowledge of the FL market and also with her willingness to help us. My brother and I flew out from Pittsburgh to West Palm Beach in late January, 2011. Jan took two days out of her weekend to show us approximately 19 properties in West Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Wellington. She also showed us many of the amenities including the Wellington Polo Club and the exclusive island of Palm Beach. She is knowledgeable, well spoken and above all sincerely committed to going above and beyond for her clients. Due to the current foreclosure market, it took several months for my finance to finally close on a property, however, Jan continued to encourage us to be patient and was instrumental in getting a firm closing date. I feel that in a short period of time, Jan will have a management position or own a brokerage house herself.
