Janet English's Blog Posts
Moving is hell! And I think that sometimes Realtors forget that it's as tough as it is.
In one 6-year period, my family found itself in four homes (we bought and sold each of them) and one apartment. I'll never forget those experiences and the confusion, upheaval and stress it brought.
Buyers and sellers don't need their real estate transaction to be anything but smooth and that is my goal. Yet, I still manage to keep people informed of the process in a candid, professional way. My clients know when it's time to make plans and when it's time to execute those plans (often involving an outlay of cash).
My goal: No surprises. And that, I believe, is the way to a smooth transaction.
