I began my real estate career close to 20 years ago. I decided to make a career move to RE/MAX in 2009. This move was inspired by the wealth of knowledge I have gained over the years and the opportunity to improve the services I offer. With the average Realtor only having 3 to 5 years of experience, my experience level sets me apart. But, it is not just being in Real Estate that matters, it is actually working with clients, negotiating contracts, keeping apprised of new laws & lender practices. Furthering my education through designations, classes & seminars makes me a valuable tool in the housing market. This experience also ensures a smooth buying or selling experience. I know how it works; If you are looking for answers you have come to the right place! I am not practicing with your investments! I work with a wide array of clients. I offer expertise, dedication and attention to details to all my clients. With homes priced from $40,000-$40,000,000, from farm to city, from first time home buyers to retirees; I have it handled.
Choosing the right agent is a crucial element to making the right move!
Please, allow me to introduce my family and myself.
My husband Robert and I live in the western part of Lincoln County, in Cat Square. It is a primarily rural area made up of family farms and small home industries. Robert grew up in Kentucky and I grew up in the eastern part of Lincoln County. We are both self employed in the housing industry. Robert owns Robert L. Cox Construction and I am a Realtor, together we own RE/MAX Lifestylle.. We make a great team and it is wonderful to be able to share your work with your spouse! We have six children, one son and five daughters; 2 gran childrean and a slew of family pets.
Being an agent is hard on a family. That is one of the main reasons most agents only last 3-5 years. My family understands this job and the sacrifices we all make for it. They know that I don't keep "regular" hours, most of the time our plans are made last minute, even on my days "off" there is always some work that I have to do. Real Estate is a family business, no matter how you run it.
