Wachovia Mortgage is an excellent, reputable and stable company. Wachovia Mortgage is known for its great products, that can be constructed around many different types of borrowers and their needs.Along with the standard 15 and 30 Year Fixed loans, Wachovia also offers excellent alternative programs such as 2 Year ARM, 5 Year ARM and 7 Year ARM. Wachovia has recently introduced the "Fixed" Option ARM which allows the borrower to have 4 payment option every month (minimum payment, interest only, 30 year and 15 year) with out worrying that the rate would adjust, because this program has a fixed rate for life!Wachovia also does New Construction loans and is proud to offer the "One Time Close" feature. Areas of Expertise I specialize in investment properties financing. My company has some of the best new construction programs, I work with first time home buyers and I have helped many clients get out of debt. I don't just sell loans and I like to think of myself as a mortgage consultant and a mortgage/financial planner. I myself do some Real Estate investing, which is why I know how it can be done.
