EXIT means safe passge, that's what EXIT means to you, whether you are buying or selling we open more doors for you.

This is the motto for the Exit family and I strongly believe in it. I am a licensed full time real estate professional in Maryland and Washington, D.C. serving primarily Prince George and Charles counties in Maryland, in addition to the southeast area of Washington, DC.

I began my real estate career in 1986 working there as a real estate broker, obtained a degree from Indiana University in Urban Development and Planning in 1993 and I joined with Exit Premier Realty in 2005 shortly after they opened in the Largo, Maryland area because I believed in their way of doing business.

I love my profession!  I find it satisfying to work with people to find that "special" place to call home; assisting sellers through the trauma of selling the place that has been their home and the joy of bringing the transaction to completion when all parties are happy. When you are buying or selling property in today's real estate market, it is important to have confidence in your real estate professional.  According to a report by the National Association of Realtors, 86% of homebuyers and sellers reported difficulty and confusion in the home buying/selling transaction. When it comes time for you to begin you search or sell your home, I can help you step by step through the process.

Certifications

In the past 13 years I've made it my business to become the expert in Forest Heights, Oxon Hills and Fort Washington communities. I've watched as these areas have began a climb out of the slump that prevailed for many years. I work with first time homebuyers; families looking to buy their second or third home; families relocating into the metro area. As well as 'empty nesters' looking to move to another home which fits their current lifestyle.

Today, Forest Heights, Oxon Hills, Fort Washington and Accokeek are among a few of the communities along the 210 corridor that are enjoying a "boom" in building.  No where in the metroplitian area can you find such affordable new custom and existing homes than you can find in Prince George county and especially this area (avg. selling price $359,000).

With the opening of the new National Harbor (expected in mid 2008); the Metro Center off Branch Avenue; the Boulevard in Largo and building of shopping centers throughout the area, this will provide for many amenities that had been lacking in this area. Accessiblity to the major highway arteries makes it an easy commute to anywhere in the metropolitian area.

To find out about schools, I generally refer clients to www.greatschools.com which provides information about schools in the area.

While visiting my site at http://www.nationalharbor-homes.com/ you will important links that will answer many questions you may have about selling or selling.  Additionally, if you desire you can find out about available homes on the MLS, privately calculate a payment for your next home, request free information or just send me an via e-mail.

THERE IS NEVER ANY PRESSURE AND THERE NEVER WILL BE, PLEASE FEEL ASSURED THAT I WILL RESPECT YOUR ONLINE PRIVACY. THANK YOU FOR STOPPING BY HERE AND AT NATIONAL HARBOR-HOMES AND I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU.
