Having my CRS designation, for Certified Residential Specialist, helps me to stay on top of new technology, skills and nation wide networking with other Realtors of the same caliber. It definitely gives me an educational boost.
My residence is in North Potomac and I therefore know this area the best. However, I have also lived in Montgomery Village and my office is in Rockville and I spend a lot of time selling homes in these areas too. There are still new homes available in Montgomery County and I try to stay on top of this information as well. Whether it is providing service to buyers or sellers, I've got to know the market!
