I have built my Real Estate career on a set of four principals; ethics, communication, continuing education, and hard work. As a Realtor, I take my career seriously and handle each phase in the Real Estate process with extreme care and diligence.  I hold myself and other agents to the strict standards of the Real Estate Code of Ethics.  I keep in constant contact with each of my clients. I return calls within 15 minutes, dmails are sent to my blackberry and returned within minutes, and clients are free to text or instant message. I have built my technology solutions around a quick and complete response. I focus a lot of my time and energy obtaining industry specific accreditations and certifications. My commitment to education has kept me on the forefront of my industry. It has enabled me to provide a better and more expansive set of services, negotiate better deals, and reduce the overall liability of my clients through comprehensive, thorough, and accurate information.

Success in real estate comes from client referrals. I work hard to exceed the expectations of each of my clients. I make their goals and objectives my number one priority. I feel blessed as I have been able to turn something I love (Real Estate) into a fun, upbeat, and successful career.

Really, the key to success in any business comes from a balance of Integrity, Superior Customer Service, Hard Work, Professional Competence, Accountability, Professional Ethics, and continuing education. As a full time Realtor, my end goal is not making a fast buck from a single transaction. My goal is to increase my success through customer referrals. I understand to earn referral business; each transaction must hold my full attention and focus. My success is only earned once my client's goals have been exceeded. When you choose me as your agent, you can feel secure knowing that your transaction will be handled professionally, and your interests protected.

I have created an innovate system called target-date technology. Most clients have a target date in mind, a date when they would like to buy or sell a home. For some clients it is right now, some a few months, and some a few years. Most agents business system satisfy the "right now" clients and miss the other 99% of their business; the future buyers. Most buyers begin looking for a home several months before they are ready to buy. 99% of agent's business systems are not setup to properly utilize this precious time. Most Agents are looking for buyers that want to jump in the car and go look at homes right now. This is a common practice for new Agents. Seasoned Realtors understand the importance of proper preparation and planning. This is the key difference between a seasoned professional, and a first year Agent. Each communication from me is focused, brief, and to the point. My clients get the information they need, they are never pressured to buy before they are ready, and they never feel neglected as a future buyer. 

Realtors are generally independent contractors. Their success is solely based on their own work ethic and skill set. I have been self employed for over a decade. I understand dedication, drive, and hard work, and will apply this philosophy when working with you. REALTOR Jack Stapleton is a full time professional buyer and seller agent in Austin Texas and surrounding cities.  Jack Stapleton is licensed in both Texas and California.  Jack has continued on post licensure and obtained industry specific designations such as ABR, GRI, EcoBroker, Epro, and others.

(ABR) - Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC.net) 16 hour course

REBAC is the largest of the associations of real estate professionals.  It focuses on all aspects of buyer representation.  The (ABR) designation is earned by completing a two-day course, earning a grade of at least 80% on the exam, passing an approved elective course, and completing five or more transactions as a buyer representative. 

(GRI) - Graduate Realtor® Institute (Realtor.org/gri)    96 hour course

The Graduate Realtor® Institute offers residential practitioners a sold base of fundamental information and practical application tips for their real estate practice.  The GRI designation is earned by completing three four-day courses, and earning a grade of at least 80%.

(EcoBroker) - Council of Residential Specialists (CRS.com) 24 hour course

The Council of Real Estate Brokerage Specialist (CRS) designation. Currently taking courses toward this designation.  CRS focus on sales and marketing skills with an emphasis on running the practice as a business.  CRS offers referral opportunities though membership and networking.

(e-Pro) - Council of Residential Specialists (CRS.com) 24 hour course
