 Experience

My experience (since 1987) in many aspects of the real estate industry; listing properties, selling properties, 1031 exchanges, REO sales, property management, loan sales, note sales, short sales and foreclosure prevention has given me experiences that make me well equipped to deal with all kinds of market twists and turns.

Giving Back

Being experienced in working with homeowners in default since 1991 has been an amazing asset in today's market. My experience has made a difference for many families unsure of what their options are. I feel good knowing I'm able to give back in some small way to help save some families from losing their homes to foreclosure. The biggest challenge is getting to the people in need before they take a path with unforeseen consequences or being scammed by unscrupulous people.

Passion

The biggest thrill of my career is handing a buyer the keys to their new home, even after all these years that never gets old and is a continual motivating force for me!

 I feel very fortunate to love what I do everyday. My goal is to make as many people as I can say to themselves as they arrive home each and everyday..."I Love Where I Live"!
