I use a consultative approach to help you reach your goals.  I have been a licensed Real Estate Professional in Arizona since 2003 and have worked in Commercial Business Sales, New Home Sales and Residential Property Sales.  My business includes listing properties, consulting with distressed homeowners, and sucessfully negotiating and closing short sale transactions.  I also work with investors, first time buyers and experienced buyers.  I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).

I live in Scottsdale, Arizona with my wife Lori and our Chihuahua Jellybean.  We have 5 children and 1 granddaughter.  When not working hard for my clients, I enjoy fitness, cooking, professional study - being a student of my business and educating myself on the latest best practices.  I also enjoy traveling.  My real passion is helping people and one of the ways I do this is through my Real Estate business.
