Drawing upon extensive executive experience in the insurance sector, Ivan Spinner leads as partner with the award-winning Insurance Specialist Group (ISG), one of the largest online-focused insurance sales agencies in the United States. In this role, he facilitates mergers and acquisitions and guides product development, distribution, and carrier relationships. Prior to his position with ISG, Ivan Spinner served as founder and owner of TSG Agency.

In addition to his work in the insurance field, Ivan Spinner stands out as the owner of the Biloxi, Mississippi-based Gulf Coast Exotic Auto and Spinner Real Estate, through which he buys and sells residential and commercial property. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from Penn State University, where he was a three-time All Big 10 Conference tennis player who won 100 matches during his collegiate career. He was recently inducted into the Penn State Sports Museum and maintains a relationship with the school through his membership with the Penn State Nittany Lion Club and Penn State Presidents Club.
