Liz Connolly, President, INhance IT! Home Staging, has been involved in sales and marketing in a variety of industries for over twenty years and in five states.  She has worked for several major homebuilders and has been responsible for overseeing all elements of interior and exterior selections, design and merchandising for builder model and inventory homes.

Liz, in partnership with her daughter Courtney, formed INhance IT! Home Staging in February 2007.  During their first year in business they merchandised over 70 properties.  The team specializes in full merchandising of builder displays, vacant new and high-end re-sale properties. 

Liz is a graduate of the University of Toledo.  Over the years she has invested in many hours of continuing education.  Foremost of these is receiving the MIRM (Membership of the Institute of Residential Marketing) designation in 2006.  Liz also holds the National Home builder's Association designations of MCSP (Master Certified Sales Professional), CMP (Certified Marketing Professional), and is a member of the Home Builder's Association of Greater St. Louis and the St. Louis Association of Realtors and Women's Council of Realtors.  Liz was one of the first graduates of the NHBA's newest program -- Built to Sell:  The Partnership of Market and Design.  She has also received certificates for Lifestyle Merchandising and for Merchandising for the 50+ Demographic.  Liz is a member of the Steering Committee of the Sales and Marketing Council and has received Green Building Certification.

Liz gained her experience while on the job beginning with the position of director of marketing and product development for a major textile firm based in North Carolina and New York.  Her resume also includes positions as Home Design Project Manager for Plaid Enterprises, Director of specialty leasing for SeaTac Mall, and Director of Sales and Marketing for Centex Homes and Rolwes Homes, Inc. of St. Louis.
