Ideally, homeowners come to us or are referred to us by their realtors before they go on the market. That's when they get the best results. Unfortunately, many people wait until their homes have sat on the market with few or no showings and/or offers, then they call us. We know the local market at all price ranges and only recommend expenditures that we know to bring a return on investment.
