Marilyn started her real estate career 26 years ago. After completing several successful years of real estate sales she qualified for and earned her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from NAR. Marilyn spent some of her free time completing many levels of education in the real estate field over the next few years. This education allowed Marilyn to qualify to became a Broker. | I engaged Marilyn Rich to sell my condo last winter. She gave me excellent advice on ways to make my property more likely to sell. I followed her advice, thankfully. My condo listed on a Tuesday and I had 2 offers by the following Sunday. I accepted a full price offer and signed a sale agreement Tuesday. One week = sale! | I was a trustee for a trust owning a condo and was not familiar with the local real estate market; a very difficult position to be in. Marilyn was my hero! She knew the market and the rules for the condo complex. Which was very important as I was also out of the area. She told us up front what to expect and what was realistic. She helped stage the condo and checked in after showings to make sure that the place always looked its best. When it came time to negotiate she lead me thru the process and explained the parts that I did not understand. She is very well organized and responded to my questions very quickly. I feel we got top dollar for our sale and that is mainly due to Marilyn. I do not recommend people very often but this is a case where I feel very strong that Marilyn would do a great job for any client. |

| Marilyn Rich is a fantastic real estate agent and I am SO GRATEFUL we found her. I have been working with Marilyn since mid 2012, and have purchased 2 properties with her help. The area we are looking in is very competitive and Marilyn has been so wonderful about previewing many homes and helping us write several offers. During the purchase and escrow process she is totally on top of everything, and has been such a resource in terms of referrals both during and after the sale. Marilyn has a wonderful professional yet warm presence and is very easy to work with. She really listens to you, she never pressures you to act, but once you are ready she is super fast and efficient. I would absolutely recommend her to others looking for a great agent, and I will use her again myself. |
