It's been 13 years since I became a Mortgage Broker. When I first started my banking/finance career, there were only 3 types of mortgage programs much like today. Its nice to go back to the basics. I truly enjoy working with borrowers, helping them to obtain there new home purchase. No matter how many borrowers purchase a new home, they are all different and unique in their own way.

First time home buyers are very special. With todays technology, borrowers are more informed. With every new borrower, I give them a first time home buyers workbook to go through so that they can understand what happens during the process of their loan. Borrowers love this workbook!!! They work through a budget, there are sample forms, and borrowers learn how to calculate their ratios so they know how much they can truly afford.
